The language version of archicad 27 in the selected folder is not supported by archicad 27.2.1 ....

Posting this on behalf of my colleague who uses a MAC - the download and install of archicad 27 was fine but he tried to install the update this is the error message he got. Any one know why? 

Operating system used: Mac Apple Silicon M1 chip

Your colleague is trying to install an update that is the wrong language version for the installed Archicad.

i.e. they have Archicad AUS language version installed but they are trying to install the INT language update.

In Archicad, go to HELP menu and check for updates.

It will take you to the correct update download.
