Where does GS publish the latest compatible/recommended macOS?

I find system requirements are set to the low bar, but how high can users safely go with the macOS? I want a sharable link for our IT guys to monitor. Thanks

There doesn't seem to be a page for Ventura yet but that's still in Beta and the macOS Monterey page hasn't been updated to include AC26 so I assume AC26 is fully compatible with Monterey.
