Error -1 in rendering, it always says the same. it doesn't perform rendering

does anybody know what the problem might be?

please help

Please post your operating system, AC version, graphics card, etc. in your signature if you want help....

I have no idea what "Error - 1" is, sorry.

Check what the size of the rendering window in the PhotoRendering Settings ("Definir Rendering" in the Documentação menu). I have a suspicion that it is set to 32*32 pixels - if it is, try changing the size.
