What is your hardware / operating system. If Windows, you may need to update your graphics driver. If Mac, then if you have upgraded to Big Sur (NOT recommended) that could be the issue...

I looked for a similar record, but I was unable to find it. My suggestion is to perform a Preferences Cleaning (https://helpcenter.graphisoft.com/knowledgebase/25464/). This will reset the Work Environment, and hopefully, the issue will go away afterward.
