Brick Sills and Aprons No control

I want to add an apron under the interior stool, but I don't want casing around the window. It seems that the casing controls the apron. If I turn off the interior casing, the apron turns off too. Is there a work around for this?

On the exterior, I want a brick sill (stucco material). But I must be doing it wrong, because when I try to raise the height of the sill, the bottom of the window gets thicker. I do not want exterior trim, just a stucco sill that projects out like a brick sill. I want the sill to project out 1.5" and be 6" tall with a slope on top. I want the top of the slope to be at the bottom of the window frame. How is this done? Do I need to just add a beam under each window?

The problem is now solved. I was assuming that the window sill was the same as the brick sill, which is what was effecting the thickness of the base frame of the window. The brick sill will not be available until I choose the brick veneer wall type, go figure. I have a stucco wall finish and not brick, but oh well.

In regards to the brick sill, do you have an image of what is happening? What is getting thicker?

What do you mean by this? Whether I have a simple wall or a composite of what ever BM, the option is still there for me.
