Confused Doors

I am working on a building which has quite complex floor levels. The door schedule is setup to list Doors by which Storey is their associated Home Storey. However ArchiCAD insists that a number of doors with a negative threshold height are associated with the Storey below the Home Storey of the wall they are placed in.

I seem to remember there was a work around but for the life of me I can't remember what it is. Anyone got any ideas?
AC versions 3.41 to 25 (UKI Full 5005).
Using AC25 5005 UKI FULL

Does it make any difference if the door is anchored to the head rather than the sill?

Thanks for the suggestion but sadly it made no difference. I can't think of anything else to do so I'm going to email Graphisoft UK Tech Support and see if they know a way round it.
