Is it possible to save as a favorite a collection of objects? a kitchen for example or a sunshade made of beams and columns

You can't save it as a 'Favourite' - that is for single elements only.
But you can save it as a Module.
FILE menu > External Content > Save Selection as Module.

You can then MERGE the module in to any job and it will be al separate editable elements or use the Hotlink Manager to place to module and keep it as one unit that can't be edited unless you edit the original sorce module file.

So i can save it on my disk with other regular archicad objects and load it like a library? or save it inside an lcf?

No, it is not a library.
When you save selection as a module it will create a .MOD file.
You save this just as you would a .PLN file on your local drive or a network drive.
You can then merge it into any other file and it will just become part of that file as if you modelled it, or you can add it via the Hotlink Manager and you will have a module that you can move around but not edit unless you break the hotline.
