I am trying to make a 150mm thick insulation.

1. Profile Manger

I want to make it like this, but the reality is like this.
Is there any possible way?

2. I made it like this.

However, this gray section is created.
And even with SOE, the result is the same.

How can i solve it?

What if you don't include the slab insulation in the complex profile wall?

Just have the wall itself.

Then make sure the slab extends into the wall far enough.

Building material strengths should do their thing automatically.

What are we looking at - plan or section?

How do the first 3 images relate to the fourth one?

I wanted to solve it with No. 1, but it didn't work, so I proceeded with No. 2.

OK, I still don't understand how the first 3 images relate to the fourth one.

 

If the fourth image is a section, how is it constructed.

Can you select the components and show their extents?

If the walls and slabs all overlap and the building material strengths are correct, they should all trim automatically.

 

If we can't see how you have constructed it, it is going to be hard for us to give advise.

And remember that we do not have your composites and complex profiles set up, so it is hard for us to test what is happening.

Number 1 has 2 images.

There are 2 images at number 2.

Number 1 is what I want to do. But no matter what I did, I changed the direction to number 2.
I'd like to hear an answer from you.

But I won't be number 1
Insulation is applied to complex profile walls.
That is the 3rd (1st of No. 2) image.

And to illustrate the image you used, here's an image of the slabs being separated by pushing them back.

 

And I divided the complex profile into two.

I just quickly made a complex profile wall and composite slab to test.

Seems to work just fine.
