Store your downloaded objects in a folder located on your server or local computer. Load the folder using File> Libraries and Objects> Library Manager by locating and selecting the folder then click on the ADD button, then click Done to reload Libraries.

I like to put .lib on the end of my library folders so I can tell them apart from other stuff.
