The ergonomic interface of archicad is to purify tools and functions. so I think it is possible to simply solve your request via a simple free bay (from a window or a door)

No, maybe I haven't used the correct word. What I'm searching for is a Water Interceptor. Its similar to a box placed in the earth where sewage or rain water pipes flow from different directions and then overflow to a main pipe.

If you make sure the slab edge and wall reference line touch, you can select the walls + slab and offset any edge as needed.
