Single Door Two Jamb Openings

Hello everyone, I'm working on a commercial project and I was wondering if you can make a single door with two jamb openings as a space-saving idea, just like in the following image.

I certainly haven't seen an Archicad object like that.

I am not even sure if you could make one, as a door frame can only belong to one wall.

I guess you could but you would have to place an empty opening in the wall that does not host the frame.

Do a search for creating a custom door object if you have never made one before.

You would model as a standard door and frame with slabs in plan but extend the second frame vertically in the Z-axis in the correct position so it will sit in the second wall.

Then use an empty opening to cut the hole in that wall.

It probably won't be perfect but should look OK.

Or can you place a second door frame but turn of the door leaf - I am not familiar with the Graphisoft doors as I don't use them and have just switched Archicad off so can't check.
