No Codemeter license information available

Good afternoon.

 

Suddenly, the license on the CodeMeter hardware key is no longer visible. The carrier itself is detected.
The software is the following:
ОС Windows 10 22H2
CodeMeter version 7.40
LMT version 20.0.0 R1
Archicad 16


Is the problem solvable, given that we are from Russia?

Try the old IT fallback for problem solving.

Remove the key.

Restart the machine.

Plug the key back in (maybe try a different port).

 

If that doesn't work, try re-installing the codemeter software.

Of course, this was all done. Computers, operating systems changed, different versions of drivers were installed, the result did not change. It seems that the license has disappeared from the carrier itself and only its flashing will help.

Was it a software license or a physical USB key?

That would mean either the key is damaged, or it is a problem with the codemeter drivers.

My codemeter is 7.60 but I am not sure if that is because I have installed a test version of 27.

I see the latest version on the Graphisoft website is 7.40

 

Do you have access to another machine with Archicad on it?

If so you can check the key with License Manager on that machine.

If it doesn't show there then I guess it is a problem with the key that only your local support can help with (I am not sure how much of a problem that will be with you because of your location).

If it is good on that machine, then again I would suspect codemeter driver issues.

You might have to try re-installing Archicad again.

 

Or maybe if you are using version 16, you actually need an older version of codemeter driver?

I don't know what version you needed for 16.

Or 16 also used WIBU key software - if your key is green, then you need WIBU key software.

If silver then that is codemeter.

Codemeter 7.4 is supposed to work with versions from 10 to 26.

I am 99% sure that the problem is not in the drivers

This is the problem that we do not have more distributors. The hope is that the key itself is alive and you just need to flash it.
