Reset PC without getting the license key of archicad back to the license pool

I've forgotten to upload my license key of ArchiCAD 26 to the license pool before resetting my laptop. I do not remember my acceptance key to use the license manager, so I cannot get it back. How can I deal with it? I cannot find any help centre or contact to the company about this issue.

Any issue, not just licensing, is handled by your local, country-specific technical support.   Go to graphisoft.com and click the menu item for Support.

I tried to contact the technical support in Japan, but the sign-in page has some trouble (Forward TOP – Graphisoft). The left button is a sign-in button, but I cannot move to the next page, being a loop of the page.

Sorry that is not working... but that link is only for professional license holders on subscription.  You tagged your post as "Education" ... so I assume you have an education license?  If so, go here:

and click the link at the very top that says "Get in Touch" (at least it says that on the English site).  Various posts here over the past year, though, suggest that an email to educational support for some reason can take many days  to get a response.  Post back here if you still cannot find help!

Thank you for your help. 
I found the link (https://dl.graphisoft.co.jp/forward/ts-policy/tech-support-policy.pdf#page=3) but it leads to the ridiculous sign-in page, and no contact addresses in the 'Get in touch' destination...

I have sent an email to the Japanese contact centre which is not for the topic of interest and been waiting a reply from it.
