About bending elements

I'm working on an old project I had done before in Maya.I try to transfer it to Archicad.
I'm stuck in the butterfly's antennas, which are fading out on their edges(circle profile and bending).
I have tried shell,morph .
I can not make the circular profile with path which bending and have smooth surfaces.
I would appreciate any answer!(And if there is a solution-trick for bending elements morph-shell ....)

best regards

I would recommend to export parts, that you cannot reproduce in ArchiCAD, from Maya. They comes as library parts, that later you can convert into morph if you want. This is the best way to do it.
You can try different file formats for export. I think Collada (dae) is the most accurate.
You also can try ModelPort Plug-In, that supports plenty of 3D formats.
