Arc tangent to 2 circles with a specific radius

Drawing tangents are confusing! I need to draw an arc tangent to 2 circles and I want it to be a specific radius. Does Archicad do that?

Just offset your existing two arcs / circles by the radius of your desired arc, then draw your new arc with a centre based on that intersection. AC does not allow you to offset with duplicate a circle, so you will need to duplicated it first before offsetting if you are using one.

No, you will need to work it out geometrically yourself.

It is harder to explain how to work it out than it is to do it.
I am sure it is out there in the world of Google somewhere.

If you don't know how to work it out, let me know and I will try to show you.
