Yes, the height of the duct can be changed whilst drawing it using the arrows in the palette under Construction Method
Can MEP ducting be drawn vertically from a horizontal run so that AC ducting can run under and over beams and other roof members and obstacles?
The below images show the ducting running into a bulkhead, under a beam which it is then required to run into the roof space but as I dont know how to draw ducting vertically it exits through the face of the bulkhead.
