Can't enter the house in 3D

I have a problem, I can't enter the house I have created. The house is normally shown in 3D but I can't go inside, I can't access the interior.

Does anybody know how to solve this problem?

(I have ArchiCAD 20 Educational version)

Are you in Axonometry view?
Switch to Perspective: View> 3D View Options> Perspective
(Command F3-on a mac)
