Can you create custom profiles for the Interior Wizard add on?

Hi Community,

I'm using the Wall Accessory option downloaded with the 'Goodies' add on.

It's a great tool but wondering if there is a way to use your own custom profiles for the Base, Chair and Crown Mouldings?

Thanks.

With the default object - no.

But the accessories are just GDL objects, so it could be possible to edit and allow it to use custom profiles.

I know that can be done as I have done it for my own cornice object that works as a slab accessory and I can use custom profiles.

There will be a little bit of work needed to amend the graphical interface to allow you to choose from a list of profiles.

So you will need to know what you are doing in GDL.

That might be an interesting exercise to tackle if anyone has the time.

Barry.

Versions 6.5 to 27
Dell XPS- i7-6700 @ 3.4Ghz, 16GB ram, GeForce GTX 960 (2GB), Windows 10
Lenovo Thinkpad - i7-1270P 2.20 GHz, 32GB RAM, Nvidia T550, Windows 11

I have this built into my wall accessories. For door and window casing as well.

I have not adapted it for the interior finish wizard as I don't use it currently but most of the data is the same so probably would be rather easy to do.
