Cannot change composite layer type

For some reason I'm no longer able to change the layer type in a composite.
I have been able to do this in the past.

I cannot find any references to this getting locked or disabled.

Please help.

In older versions ArchiCAD didn't let to change core into finish or 'other' if there is only one layer. Later that was fixed. It works since ArchiCAD 21 for sure. Cannot recall from which exactly version.

In older versions (I remember in ArchiCAD 17 was like that) I created complex profile wall instead. Well, it wasn't complex - simple rectangular section, but just because I needed only finish layer.
