Change SEO operation type after executing

I have created a solid element operation and executed it using "Subtraction." I would like to modify that operation type to instead be "Subtraction with upward extrusion." Is there a way for me to change the operation type without redoing my operator/target setup process?

Hi yes you can just select the cutter object & set it as the operator again, select the object to be cut and set it as the target then change the subtraction option to subtract with upward extrusion & execute it.

Isn't that just re-doing the operation?

Sure, you don't have to cancel the original SEO, but you do have to re-do it.

You can't just swap as the original poster wanted.

Yes your quite right but it does reduce the cancellation step which is half way there
