Changing Reference ID number for Elevs

Eduardo Rolon

I don't know if this happened in AC10 but if you place 2 elevations or sections or int elevs and one has as ID number 1 and the other one 2 and you decide that the numbers are inverted then to change it you have to change one to 3 then then you can change the other one.

There cannot be 2 sect, elev, inelev of each category with the same ID number.

with respect to auto numbering in the layouts you can expand the layout book and switch the order of the placed drawings to change auto numbering. AC auto numbers from top to botom, 1,2,3, etc

with respect to auto numbering within labels if you have the same elevation, section, detail placed on a layout with different views of the same elevation etc, e.g. you may have an elevation too long for the page and you wish to show the whole elevation on a single sheet, then you need to choose the custom option for numbering and manually set it.

Yes, this came in with all the new reference marker functions of AC10.
