Stumped, again......

How do I get curtain wall door swing lines to show in plan?

Thanks all.

Naturally I did read the previous posts, but the issue wasn't solved.

My issues seems to be the Relative Floor Plane Range

What I did discover today was even though the Cut Plane height did cut through the door, the swing line seems to disappear when the Relative Floor Plane Range is the same height as the Cut Plane

So I set the Cut Plane to 1220mm and the Relative Floor Plane Range to 3000mm and the doors show perfectly.

This does not seem to effect the normal doors, only the curtain wall doors.

(I don't know why these 2 planes where set at the same level, probably just my inexperience ......)

Continuing with the Curtain Wall Door Swings.....

I have a floor plan and a reflected ceiling plan in the view map that references the same storey in the project map.

On the floor plan I would like to show the door swings of the curtain walls, but on the reflected ceiling plan I do not want to show the door swings.

I'm struggling with this and any help would be appreciated.

Never mind.....
Seems I just found it.

I set the "Floor Plan Cut Plane Settings" and it worked perfectly.

I'm building a building envelope with the curtain wall tool. I have problems with the doors because I don't want to show a symbolic projection for the panels that are custom profiled elements.

If I by-pass MVOs, the 3D projection settings for the door itself will make the door appear in the 2D window. But nothing seems to work for the door swing.

Hi All--

Been searching everywhere and tearing my hair out trying to understand why only one door in my curtain wall is showing as open. When I created the wall both doors were showing the swings, but for some reason one shows as closed now in plan. Settings the same for both doors - but only one showing swing now. Cut plans are obviously not the issue. Please see the screenshot attached with red highlight around the two door panels. Any help greatly appreciated. Could it be Monterey?
