Dimensions changing when updating

Too Long
Enthusiast

Hi all.

Ive had this happen a number of times and would like to know if this is a bug.

With layouts set to Auto-Update the dimensions change to illogical locations.

Once updated again they change back to the correct locations.

The below GIF starts with the dimensions incorrectly displayed. Prior to this they were correct until I updated the layout, this is where the GIF starts.

@Too Long Unfortunately it is a known problem that shouldn't exist and GS are trying their hardest to contain it. The problem stems, as you have shown, from different plan views that have the same dimensions being present in those views. When associative nodes disappear AC has a choice of deleting the connection or hiding it so it can be restored. The latter is the current strategy. I have been stung / embarrassed by this too many times, the only user option is to double check views and possibly work with the manual update option or possibly (I haven't verified this) create a layer for dimensions per view.

Apple iMac Intel i9 / macOS Sonoma / AC27UKI (most recent builds.. if they work)

Thank you very much for your response.
