I am trying to manually change the height of a wall

When I select the wall to drag the top of the wall up, I am not getting the option to do this in the pet pallet. What am I doing wrong? I want to stretch the wall up to the peak of the roof and then trim it to the roof.

Click on the second icon on the top row, that is the one for the vertical stretch.

Thanks for that. I was looking for a different graphic symbol and did not know what that was for.

If you have "Help Tags" turned on
(on a Mac, click the "Help" pull down menu,
it may be the second item in list), when you have
the pet palette open. Hover over any of the icons
and the tag will appear with the command's function.
