Layers visibilities inArchicad 26

I don't know what is happening, help me! I'm setting it so that all layers are visible. I select a layer, then delete it. I close the adjustment window. When I open it again, some layers are set to visible, some layers are locked.
No layers combinations are set, no stapled layers are set. What happens?

if you import layers from older Archicad in xml, it happens. It always worked for me, but I can't make a video of it. If I delete the imported layerss, create new ones and delete them, the imported xml setting still comes up.

I just tried what you said and all layers remain on and unlocked.

Could you maybe record a short video to post here to show what is happening?
