No it is not possible to re-organise them.
They are in groups - solid line - standard lines - symbol lines.
Then they are in order of attribute number within those groups.
The only way to re-organise them within those groups is to play around with the attribute number - which is not a good idea.
Here is a previous post about re-organising fills and lines.
Fills can be re-named but this does not affect the order of lines.
