But if you want more control specially if you need non-one size windows you should usw grasshopper-archicad connection
My answer is just guide line but you should learn the essential order in Archicad

Then you could place a Curtain Wall, go to Edit Mode, and change a series of Panels to one of these custom Curtain Wall Panels, then repeat for all other custom Panel types.
