If ArchiCAD crashes, make sure to fill the details in in the Bug Report (Edit button) and send it (Send now). If for any reason you can't send it immediately, click on Send later, and send at a later time, but DO SEND IT. Take note of the Bug Report number. The report goes straight to the Tech support at the HQ. You can follow up your crash/bug status with your reseller.
If you encounter bugs or what you think are bugs while working, look for them here first. Many are not really bugs, but glitches that do happen or the things that we are used to doing one way, when they should in fact be done some other way. If you don't find the answers here, your reseller is the first port of call then - and there are a few people here on the Talk, notably Cecilia, who are from Namibia and Windhoek in particular, so you can have a local discussion which is always best.
