Sometimes I think that I get a little to deep into Archicad and over complicate my life and thought process....but in any event here is my small issue:
So I created a site plan and wanted to show the roofs (live) on the site plan (I prefer having everything as parametric as possible) but my only small issue is that the edges of the roof are showing as dashed which would typically be correct in any other case yet I want them to show solid here. But this also brings me to some other issues in how I am working with my files and projects. Do you (archicad'ers) use live roofs on your site plan? And do you then just adjust the "cut-place" to show what it is that you want to see (i.e. the roof above)? I'm trying to make my existence as stress free as possible and any tips or tricks in this are would be great.
It feels so fundamental that sometimes I feel that I must have missed something in my experiences to always be stumbling over these little issues...
