Spell Cchecker Crashing

Using Spell Checker consistently causes my ArchiCAD to crash.

Anyone else have this problem?
I seems to happen with the @ symbol.

Have had this problem for years, get round it by selecting the text you want to spell check. Dont do a global check.

tried that and it still crashes. It searches for a while and then quits when I try to ignore or replace something.

Steve,
I just tried the global spell check and specific "box" spell check with the @
both next to other type and isolated in string and did not have problem.
But project I test on did not have tons of type.(??)

I think it is something in the drawing. ? On some files it seems to work fine.

Yes - I have this problem too. I reported to Graphisoft but no solution forthcoming, though it apparently "only" affects PC versions.

Checking only one story or view at a time , then saving after each view checked (because checking next view could crash your project & loose your previous corrections) can help - but a painful process.
