Winding stair with landing

Hey,

I'm wondering if there is any way of creating a winding stair with a landing in the middle? I've been trying to achieve this by using two stairs with the first stair having a long last tread but it's not really working out well for the rails and the stair frame so I'm curious on how I can solve this.

Make the landing with a separate slab.
Gives you control over exact shape, length, curvature, etc.

The rails are going to be a custom affair anyway. Recent discussion on curved stair rails in Working in AC forum. Either page through or do a search.
