bringing in older file into 18

Is there a way to bring an older version file into 18? All views and information (worksheets, etc)? I want to have all my views from an earlier version but I want some of the features that the 18 standard template (view map, etc) has that are new to 18.

Yes, simply open it in 18.
Just be aware if it is version 16 or before it will automatically create an bunch of Building Materials (you will know which ones as they will have a 9 digit number at the end of their names).
These automatic BMs will not match the BMs in the 18 template.
