Does someone remember if there is a way to create a property within the "Property Manager" that renders the same set of values as the ones using the "Building Material (ALL)" parameter within the Schedule feature?

Hi David, the "Building Materials (ALL)" general parameter is not available directly in properties.
But it is available in the IFC Property Mapping for the translators, so you can create a mapping rule for each element, see below:

I totally forgot that workaround... even having spent hundreds of hours in the past mapping properties using the translators.
I hope a more robust harmonization and automation is implemented in the future.
