The curtain wall (CW-2) is 9'-7 7/8" as shown on the plan, but when we annotate the plan view shown in the schedule, we get a different dimension (12'-2"). How to make the dimensions consistent? (See attached screenshots).

There is no GDL picture preview for a curtain wall (maybe there is but only for each component of a curtain wall, not the curtain wall itself).
The 2D plan preview (and any other preview) will just show a 'sample' image of the scheme, not the actual curtain wall you have placed.
So you will not be able to annotate with dimensions in the schedule.
Here is an example, 2 different length curtain walls ( they use the same scheme).
In the schedule, the preview is the same.

I don't use a lot of curtain walls and even less so do I schedule them.
But from memory, the elevation of a curtain wall in a schedule is just a 'sample' image and not the actual curtain wall.
The same may be happening for the plan view.
It may just be a 'sample' of the curtain wall scheme and not the actual curtain wall.
I could be wrong, but to test add another curtain wall with a different length and see how that appears in the schedule.
I don't have Archicad running at the moment, otherwise I would have tested it.

Thank you, Barry, for the hint. I tried to look for the "sample image" in vain. I am using ArchiCAD 26. Attached are the screenshot of the Curtain Wall "field options" and the "view options" (the screenshots are named CW and view). I added 2D Plan Preview and GDL Preview Picture to the schedule, but the GDL Preview Picture is not showing any picture and the 2D Plan preview does not reflect the right dimensions (the screenshot is named schedule).
