Archicad is not able to start because of a special character in hard drive's name

Issue
Archicad doesn't start and the user gets a "Sorry, Archicad cannot run on this computer." alert.
This issue is only in macOS.
Cause
If the hard drive's name contains special character(s), for eg. "é", Archicad can't start on it.
The workaround is to rename the drive.
