"Unable to save File due to incorrect folder permissions."

Not applicable
I'm being told to "check the destination folder and its permissions, then try again after."

Not the first time this has happened, previously just lost the work.

I have a feeling its due a VERY (more than 500mb) large file. (too many layouts, too many SEOs, too late to go back)...

Recently upgraded to AC 22 from 20, and High Sierra from Yosemite.

Any suggestions about the permissions?

Thanks.

I am not a MAC user but things I would check.

Does the location where you are saving still exists? i.e. check the file path has not bee renamed or amended.
Does the drive you are saving to have sufficient space?
Can you 'Save As' to another location?
If not then check you don't have any non-standard characters in the file name.
