Can't install BIMcloud under Windows 10

Hello all,
I've tried to install BIMcloud 2018.2.1 under Windows 10 (version 10.0.15063) but I've got an error message saying the software is not compatible with this version of Windows 10.
I precise I'm running as administrator.

We couldn't find the reason of the issue for Felipe (we would need to do a remote session, but for security reasons we are not allowed to do that), but he found a workaround. If anyone else having a similar issue, please let us known and we will contact you in PM.
