I keep having to restart Bimserver18

Every few days we find that we cannot access the Bimserver18.
A reboot resolves it.

Any idea on what could be the problem?

We've almost never had to reboot Bimserver17/16/15
PC has a static IP
It's mostly (but not always) when we start work in the mornings
Its running off a standalone Windows 7 64 bit pc

Here are the "restart" commands so you don't need to restart the computer, though restarting might be easier.

we identified the source of this and will release a solution with the first update of version 18 coming early Fall.

Hello, glad to see the issue has been identified. We are also experiencing issues with the Bimserver being not available in the morning. Extremely troublesome, since if people from other time zones are trying to log into a project, then they cannot do it until the people at the server's time zone arrive to restart it.

Any ideas of when the first AC18 update is coming out? We are having lots of other problems and are hoping the first hotfix may help.

Hi Marton,

I'm having the same issues. The Update 4020, released in October 30, has the correction to the problem? Can I use the Update in a Brazilian Version of AC18?
