I found a way to re-create lists and one of the followings may be guilty.
- The external .pln content (modules) ;
- Shared libraries including the listings (the lists must be in the enclosed library of the project)
I don't know how it should be done but a small white paper about how to organise the shared libraries and how to import the listing schemes would be very beneficial for not wasting time...

Please add the following files to the embedded library in the Library Manager:
ArchiCAD_Library.lis
ArchiCAD_Library_COMP.txt
ArchiCAD_Library_CRIT.lic
ArchiCAD_Library_DESC.txt
ArchiCAD_Library_KEY.txt
ArchiCAD_Library_UNIT.txt
These files are located in the Application folder:
ARCHICAD Library 18\List Templates 18\Property Data 18\
ArchiCAD_Library.lis
ArchiCAD_Library_COMP.txt
ArchiCAD_Library_CRIT.lic
ArchiCAD_Library_DESC.txt
ArchiCAD_Library_KEY.txt
ArchiCAD_Library_UNIT.txt
