The size of the project is about 3,8 Go.

Build server is 3477 for version 14 and build server is 3600 for version 13.0

The hardware of our server is a Xeon e5506, Windows 2008 64 bits with 4 Gb of RAM .

The lan is 1000 Mbits/s .

The coumpter client run on windows 7 - 64 bits , 4 Go of RAM

I am the IT manager so i'm a newbie with Archicad-Bim .

If the file is 3.8 GB and you computer has 4 GB of RAM, I would say it is almost a miracle the project opens at all.
Getting more RAM would definitely be my first thing to try.
I suppose you are using 64-bit ArchiCAD as well. The 32-bit version of ArchiCAD can use only 2 GB of RAM.
I would probably go with 16 GB of RAM with such a huge project size.

Agreed! More RAM is definitely your first port of call. Unless you want to ask why the file is so big in the first place?! It could be unnecessary polygons, so I'd download and run the polycount add-on too. Not saying files don't get that big, but it would want to be a complex and detailed model to reach that size.
