Do you mean an ArchiCAD RGB material or a texture?...

Try taking that texture and opening it in Photshop and changing the hue and saturation. I do that alot with textures I like alot and it works out pretty well. I do more work in Autodesk Studio 3D Max though, I haven't had alot of success with rendering with ArchiCAD 14.

The Grey Carpet in ArchiCAD is an Alpha Channel Texture.
If you select "Surface" in the alpha Channel Effects window it will change to whatever Surface Color you set.
If you are using Lightworks to render, I find it easiest to adjust the setting in the Internal Engine material setting then go to Lightworks Rendering Engine material settings and select "Match with Internal Engine".
