Add MATERIAL OVERRIDE to LAYERS DIALOG

Thought I'd post this again… Have needed it recently and I know the technology ALREADY exists (via RENOVATION Palette)..

Please provide a button in the layers dialog that OVERRIDES all elements on a particular layer with a material of our choosing..

While the WIREFRAME technology was a good start, it lack of usefulness in RENDERING defeats the purpose…

This would be great for doing
a. solid massing studies (buildings all the same material against earth or street scape)..

b. USE STUDIES (see use massing by color)

c. and my favorite… turn building elements (walls, floor and roofs, etc) to a glass (see thru) material and see the structure and hvac ducting in full (perhaps also illustrative) materials...
