Just ran into this issue in our office. While helping someone figure out the cabinet settings, it occured to me why the "End Panel" settings don't also turn on the appropriate side line in floor plan. You would think that it would make sense that when a side line would show in plan, there would be at least a change in elevation, if not the end of a row of cabinets, and you would therefore want to see that side's end panel in 3d also.
I would think that the floor plan line should follow the 3d setting, not the other way around, since it's more intuitive. And that way you wouldn't need an extra setting to deal with the rear panel.
Just a thought... nay, a meager wish.
