How do I use the complex slab tool? (I have not yet tried to use it).
Can I have my floor running into the wall properly so it looks correct in a section?

Yes, it is now easy to have complex junctions between walls and floors with the new slab tool. To access the slab tool you open up the profile manager and in the 'use with' section select slabs (you will notice a profile can not be selected for other element types when slab is selected).
The tool works in the same way as with other elements, however you are only describing the slab edge profile when using this tool.
Tips
When cutting holes in complex slabs you can also select different profiles or just a simple vertical cut.
When the floor is intersecting other elements, use the wall priority settings to control which components are continuous and which are cut.
If you like this tool you may be interested in the next version which will have complex profiles for roof edges!
