Filter TW "activities" list for Comment type record

I want to use TW's "comment" activity type more robustly. If I'm able to get our staff in the habit of using it more regularly (by making everyone key shortcuts, etc.) I think it will make preparation for monthly billing easier.

Currently the web interface (TW 18) for a project's activity log let's you filter for various activity types, e.g. Send, Receive, Lock, etc, but Comment is not among the choices. Should be easy to implement, right?

This feature would be especially helpful as workarounds such as searching for activities of size zero are not available, and trying to export all record types and filtering in a spreadsheet won't work because the collection of records exceeds an internal limit of 1000 on max. export size.

I was hoping this would have been addressed in v19, but apparently not. Seems like it would be easy??
