Gradient Fill to windows

It be very usefull is you could asign a gradient fill to a material. ie a blue to light blue gradient fill to the glass material ( see attached pdf ).

Looked like good idea at first,
especially if say 50%transparent.
Then realized it would look odd in
3d perspective unless you could
control amount in each window.
Probably to hard to do.

Now with the release of versions 11 and 12, I think it should be possible with the "worksheet tool". What's your say?

Correct. However, the Worksheet is a dead 2D view, and if I understand the wish correctly, it was meant for the live elevations and the gradient assigned to the materials.

The only problem could be the origin and the gradient transition. That would be have to be set by the window pane or the elevation ... not easy ...

Yes, may be. I haven't tried that. But i found worksheet tool very effective for quick presentations. see an example attached. (I am not using gradient fill for windows).
