the 'cladding' isn't: it's basically a heavily tanked concrete shell. i believe the discs are screwed onto stainless bolts cast into the concrete. rainwater runs behind the discs. personally i'm not all that keen on gratuitous cladding systems, but it does look fantastic in the right light and from a short distance . . .
