I wish that the opaque background for text could be a fill

I wish the the opaque background option for a text box could be chosen not just from pen colors, but also a fill type. The primary reason I would like this is so that I could choose the 25% fill and make the background of my text boxes translucent instead of transparent or opaque. I would like to see the dimension lines or other random lines behind the text, but I want them to be muted so they don't make the text difficult to read.

So you actually want an opacity slider for the Text Block background that would make it possible to set it to any value from fully transparent to fully opaque and anything inbetween.
