Mesh appearance

With meshes in section, can we please have the ability to switch off the side and bottom cut edge lines, while continuing to display the top edge line and cut fill.

Terrain meshes currently always require manual patch up in section or tweaks to placed drawing edges to mask edge lines that should not appear.

Can we also have the ability to edit user ridges - for example to delete or change the user ridge lines displayed connecting data points, without deleting or changing the data points themselves.

We also need the ability to switch ridge lines off entirely in plan or section view (using a white pen is not a good workaround when also want to display e.g. a green fill for mesh surface)
