New Layout/View Windows

In AC10 Work Environment, there is now a radio-button option to open new views AND layouts in a new window, or in an existing window. (see screen-shot)

I usually prefer to have new VIEWS open in a new window, and new LAYOUTS open in an existing window because:
- the nature of [esp. auto-rebuild] views is that time is wasted waiting for the view to re-build each time
- it is extremely rare to want more than one layout sheet open at a time

therefore:
have a separate option (open in new/exiting window) for views, and layouts

It seems like they want us to double click to open each veiw in the navigator. On OSX - one of the nice things was choosing an open window with Expose and it pops to the foreground. Now if you do that in 10 it redraws the foreground based on the layer combo and view options of the previous double clicked window.

At least I can't figure out how to get the saved view settings to stick when using Expose.
